Some changes are coming along with the Spring weather…..
I am changing the focus of my “Living with Ease Through Tapping” workshops to offering “Small Group Gatherings” in private homes for 4 or more people. This can be families, friends, or a combination of both. Some folks have expressed they would be more comfortable and feel more supported in a small intimate environment of a home. If this is something you would like to offer, let me know and I will be there :)
Kind of like a Tupperware Party but it's a Tapping Party instead 🙂
I will also be offering Tapping Workshops within workplaces for Staff Enrichment opportunities. If you work in an environment where you feel this would be helpful, please reach out to me to contact your supervisor.

I have a most amazing story to share that represents the power and ease of Tapping for trauma.
Most of you are aware of the event that occurred at Walmart last week where a disturbed man in the store started stabbing himself with a knife. The SWAT team was called in and all the customers were evacuated out the back of the store.
I heard about this event later from a co-worker. She was retelling the story. She had been in the store when this occurred. She assumed that the man had a gun and she was going to be shot and killed. There was no information given that the man was harming himself and his actions were not directed at others.
She was clearly traumatized by the event and it was evident the trauma was still present for her as she retold the story.
I offered to “Tap out the trauma”, and although she didn’t know what that was, she was willing.
We literally Tapped 2 rounds, approximately 5 minutes and her whole body relaxed. She later said she felt like she was “floating”, she felt so at peace.
This is the power of Tapping - as CRAZY as it seems!
My wish is that we can ALL release ALL past trauma so we may react to life as it is now and not based on past traumatic experiences.
So you are probably asking “How do I do that on my own?”
You simply tell the traumatic event as a story while Tapping on the 9 Tapping points. If it feels too scary or overwhelming, remember the feeling only lasts a few minutes and then it will resolve. IF you are still having difficulty, please reach out for a private session with me and I’ll help you.
