what to expect in a 60 minute private session
We will begin by exploring what it is that’s brought you to me.
Whether it’s physical or emotional pain, trauma, stress, anxiety or PTSD; we will find the precise words and combine them with Tapping on the acupressure points. This process is what allows the discomfort to be released.
After your session, you will have the skills to continue Tapping on your own as issues arise.
You will be given access to a Tapping handout to assist in your healing.
