During my professional career as an RN for the past 37 years, I have been trained in various aspects of Western medicine. As my spiritual path developed, I began to realize the limitations of this model. At the same time, I've always had an incredible appreciation for the human body and its innate ability to heal and thrive.
After living with back pain for 33 years and exploring what felt like every other possible healing option available, I discovered Tapping and my back pain was gone after one session. My passion as a nurse has always been helping others to heal; now as I teach and share about Tapping, my clients are empowered for their own healing.
Since my personal experience of overcoming this pain, I have become certified as an EFT practitioner because I want to help others uncover the secret to heal their pain. I've worked with over 1,000 clients, ranging in age from 6 to 95, including physicians, therapists, deputies, parents, students, teachers, and inmates in correctional facilities. The piece that always stays with me is the power of the human spirit. Every day I am able to witness people discovering a tool they carry with them to release their physical and emotional pain. My clients have said it's just like someone waved a magic wand over them, and the trauma or pain they've carried for years just dissolves. Although this magic wand might have been uncovered during our session together, it's a wand they now possess for themselves.
I specialize in PTSD, trauma, and phobias, although Tapping is effective in many varied situations.
