And here we are in another Holiday Season- Just like that! 

I know so many people that although they LOVE the Holiday season, it often brings feelings of overwhelm which diminishes the JOY for them.

I thought I might share a short Tapping sequence for Overwhelm that has the ability to bring you into a state of calmness and relaxation.  JOY is then easier to access once the overwhelm dissipates.

The reasons for feeling overwhelmed can be different for everyone, so the first step is identifying what specifically feels overwhelming for you.

Examples could be: I have so much to do, I don't know what gifts to buy, There are too many holiday events I'm expected to attend, It can be awkward when my whole family comes together, There is too much being asked of me, etc.

Once you identify the specific reason, put together your Set-Up Statement

Even though I feel overwhelmed because......., It's OK to relax now.
Even though I feel overwhelmed because.......It's safe for my body and mind to relax now.
Even though I feel overwhelmed because ....I'm not in any danger, my mind just thinks I am.

Reminder phrases while Tapping on reminder points - can be as simple as "This overwhelm OR this feeling of being overwhelmed"
Then under the arm "Letting all this overwhelm go now, I am safe to relax.
